Shaft and Stick Repair System
Don't throw away that $180 composite stick or expensive shaft! As an authorized SRS dealer, we can repair your stick, make it stronger than new, and have you back in your game.

The SRS process is unique and uses the same materials the stick is made out of to create the repair, carbon fibre and epoxy resins.. The repair does not adversly effect the stick's flex and only adds about 1 ounce of weight to the stick.

Get broken hockey sticks back in the game with the SRS™ Internal Shaft Repair System. It combines new Shaft-Lock™ Technology with a Carbon Fiber AirCore™ to create an internal repair that is lightweight, yet incredibly strong.
Hockey sticks that are brought back in the game with SRS™ can be used in play 96 hours after repair. The Internal Shaft Repair System is compatible with all composite hockey sticks from Junior to Senior. Weight of Repair: 44 grams
Shaft-Lock™ Grooves. The SRS Shaft-Lock™ Grooves are cut into both stick halves with a custom designed high-speed rotary saw bit. The SRS Shaft Repair Epoxy fills these grooves and locks the repair in place inside the stick shaft. (Grooves not visible in the x-ray).
Wetting Epoxy The SRS Shaft Repair Epoxy is formulated to completely wet the carbon fiber core to create a strong composite repair that properly transfers vibrations from the puck through the shaft so the ‘feel’ of the stick is not diminished.
Here's a Vapor stick being repaired. The special clamp ensures the shaft is aligned correctly for a perfect fit.

Notice the Carbon Fiber Aircore™ inserted in one half of the shaft. The AirCore™ has a double layer of carbon fiber to add strength and reduce the weight of the repair by minimizing epoxy content. Inside the carbon fiber core, special foam is used to facilitate proper epoxy flow and further reduce the weight of the repair. The AirCore’s versatile design allows it to conform to fit any size hockey stick from Junior to Senior.
Above is the internals of the stick repair. The carbon fibre and epoxy bonds to the inside of the shaft to create a "stick within a stick". At less than 1 oz the repair is virtually unnoticable. Many customers have reported they like the "feel" of their repaired stick better than the original. This is likely because the air core acts like a vibration damper. Some stick companies have begun putting dampers in the shaft areas of their high end sticks. With SRS, you get this benefit as part of your repair.
Cost for a SRS Shaft Repair is only $29.99! We can now fix the entire stick, blade or hosel. Most repairs are $29.99 or less. We can also beef up and offer performance enhancements to your unbroken stick. Want more durability in the hosel area? We can strengthen it. Do the toes of your stick chip away? We can rebuild them and reinforce it.
The following sticks are repaired and ready for pickup: as of 4 Mar. Also, because we were without power for 3 days, we are that amount behind repairing sticks.
